Steve Milton Article on the Ticats' Greg Ellingson and Rookie of the Year Award

There's a good article from Steve Milton posted on the Scratching Post about Greg Ellingson being the frontrunner for the 2013 CFL Rookie of the Year award. I've been posting about that possibility for a while now. If Ellingson finishes at second in receiving yards, it is pretty much a lock. The last winner of that award was everyone's favourite holdout Chris Williams.
